Turquoise Alert system for missing Native American people endorsed in New Mexico

A new safety alert bill has been endorsed by the New Mexico State Legislature. Dubbed the Turquoise Alert system, the initiative would send cellphone alerts to citizens in New Mexico in relation to the disappearance of Native American people.
